Interviewed my client with previously brainstormed and extra added questions, showed client some websites that I thought would fit her description of what she wants on her website, as well as look at some others that she had found and liked.
I Also went to clients book shop in the weekend and questioned some customers about what they would like to be/see on the website, etc.
What problems did you have?
Had to postpone our meeting to 2 days after original meeting day as client was sick and unable to attend. Only questioned a few customers as it was an unexpectedly slow start to the day.
What resources did you use?
Myself (time looking at websites), computer (internet, etc), customers, client.
What should you do next?
Start my concept design/presentation for my client.
